Hi Guys!! This is a set of questions that I have put together to act as revision for the Parking Permit procedures. As there have been so many changes recently I thought it would be a good idea to go through all the information so everyone is on the same page.
Before you say anything I am well aware that it sounds boring but hopefully it's a not as bad as just reading through the pages of procedure. And I put in a few random Dad jokes in there to lighten the load. Thanks

What is required for a Parking Permit refund to be approved?
 
A really good story
 
More than six months remaining from the expiry date
 
A letter or email containing the permit number, why they require the refund and a current mailing address
 
A Statutory Declaration
 
Either sale/transfer documents if the vehicle is been sold or disposed of or a lease/rates notice for their new address

 
 
 
When Processing a Change of Vehicle which of the below must be done?
 
Permit licensee to submit an email or a new completed application form
 
ASSIST reception staff to accept request only when permit is returned
 
Resident must Submit one vehicle ID document that links the new vehicle to the address.
 
ASSIST reception staff to Scan the relevant docs and email the scanned docs to the PPA helpdesk

Which of the below is true when replacing a Lost or Stolen Visitors permit?
 
An official Police Report or Police Incident number is required. The report may or may not mention the Visitor permit specifically as one of the items stolen.
 
A Stat Dec signed by a Police Officer will suffice

There is no replacement fee for a stolen Visitor permit.
