Hi Guys!! This is a set of questions that I have put together to act as revision for the
Parking Permit procedures.  As there have been so many changes recently I
thought it would be a good idea to go through all the information so everyone
is on the same page. Before you say anything I am well aware that it sounds boring
but hopefully it's a not as bad as just reading through the pages of procedure.

What checks must be done before processing a Parking Permit ?
 
Check the address first to ensure the property is eligible for permits
 
Always count the number of permits already issued so the correct fees are quoted

Make Sure there are no more thanthree Resi/Comb/Visi permits at the property

When applying for an additional 4th permit the Resident must......
 
Provide a signed letter or email stating the number of permanent residents with vehicles at the address and how many off street car spaces they have
 
Provide full payment at front counter for Permit
 
A completed application form, with all correct identification
 
Be advised that they will definitely receive the permit in 5 working days
 
Be advised that only on Visitors Permit is allowed at the address and the second one must be returned
 
Provide a Stat Dec signed by a police officer
