| Outcome A: We reconvened our PLC, reviewed our norms and team roles and responsibilities and began our analysis of the leadership knowledge and know-how required to successfully lead the implementation of the Madera USD Instructional Action Plan (IAP). |

| Outcome B: I deepened my understanding of the Pivot Learning Partners Leadership Cycle and can apply this process to the implementation of the Madera USD IAP with particular emphasis on implementing high-quality instructional core program. |

| Outcome C: I assessed my knowledge and skills required to lead and teach at the levels needed to ensure successful outcomes of district goals and improve levels of learning for all students. |
