The following set of eight questions will ask you to rank Gene's Chief Executive Competencies. These competencies include Leadership, Strategic Vision, Planning Execution & Problem Solving, Ethics/Integrity, Financial Acumen, Board Relations, External Relations, and Human Capital Development.

All questions require you to rank Gene on a scale of 1-5.
