Hello:
Many of you know that I have been working towards a Master of Science in Management since 2014. The culminating assignment for the degree program is the capstone research paper. The survey consists of 25 questions and will take approximately five (5) minutes to complete. The data from this survey will be used solely for graduate study research purposes. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. All information will be confidential. The information shared in the survey will not impact the company's current or future performance management review processes, individual performance evaluations, or any other company/work related process.
