Thank you for agreeing to participate in my dissertation research. This study is about how individuals working toward a common goal often make sense of their sometimes complex worlds in different ways. This is an unprecedented opportunity to reveal some of the often hidden opportunities to improve collective action.  I especially look forward to seeing you at the end of this survey period when we review the results together.

As a reminder, your participation in this study is completely voluntary. Before taking this survey, you must have signed an Informed Consent Form.  By doing so, you know that at any time if you feel uncomfortable with this process or in answering any questions you can withdraw from the survey or the entire process no questions asked.  If you have concerns about the survey or the procedures, you may contact me at 240-462-5782 or by email at [email protected]
