As you are aware, we are now living in a world where many projects are performed remotely and by part time staff allocations.  This is a different structure than the traditional full time onsite projects.  Due to this, Exaserv needs to evolve and provide our consultants with the necessary skills to be able manage customers in this new way of life.  Each of you have been identified as someone who has recent experience in:
 - Working Remote
 - Working on Multiple Projects simultaneously
 - Working on projects with little to no dedicated project manager

The following questions are structured for you to provide feedback on what you have noticed works well and things that might not work too well.  The answers will be consolidated and used in building a "lunch and learn" session.

If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Bryant at 678-808-0406 or [email protected].

If customers do not understand your availability, please provide insight on how we can better educate them on project allocation:

If working on an Exaserv managed project, what project management/overview support is needed with managing customer expectation and/or the delivery of the project?

If working on an non-Exaserv managed project, is there any need for Exaserv to have any additional involvement outside of the individual consultant?

What has been your biggest struggle with working on remote projects?

If trying to educate someone else who has never worked remotely or managed multiple customers simultaneously, what would your top 3 to 5 points be to them?
