Quality Management is a term that continues to dominate procedures and processes undertaken within the construction industry. Quality management is critical within this industry as it ensures that products and services are up to company/international standards and assures that Employers receive the quality of products or services that was previously agreed. It is the process implemented to ensure optimum quality of end results and ensure efficiency in carrying out the processes required to achieve this end result.

To fulfill the requirements of my MSc in Construction Project Management at Heriot Watt University I am undertaking a research project on the topic of enhancing quality management through knowledge share in the UAE construction industry.
