A robot serving you may not be the best answer as the consumer need in question is about convenience and access. The business class and certain personas will always choose their stay based on brand patronage, but to Dean Griffiths point, what will hotels want to do with unoccupied rooms? It would be fascinating if hotels created more movable walls and adaptable furniture. Hotels have the capital to do that, home owners don't. That's just one idea. On the flip side, people are choosing Airbnb because of that local experience as well. What if the future is about hotel brands acting as umbrella services, signing up with private home owners and creating a level of accountability while their brand has equity? If there was a Hilton certified home I could rent vs a stranger, I might choose the first. Then again you could argue, that's why there is a rating system. Newsflash I've been on Airbnb and had a very poor response time from high rated home owners. This is what they do on the side. If more people used their home as a full time businesses like some Uber cab users, only then do I see the robot, adding value. I would have a really hard time knowing where to find things around a stranger's flat but you get the picture. less.Tatum was born in Cullman, Alabama, the son of Kay (née Faust), an airline worker, and Glenn Tatum, who worked in construction.[2][3][4] He has a sister named Paige. He is mostly of English ancestry, with small amounts from elsewhere in Europe.[5][6][7][8] Tatum's family moved to Mississippi when he was six, and he grew up in the bayous near the Mississippi River, where he lived in a rural setting.[6][9] Tatum was athletic while growing up, playing football, soccer, track, baseball, and performing martial arts; he has said that "girls were always [his] biggest distraction in school."[6] As a child, he practiced wuzuquan kung fu[10] under the tutelage of 10th dan Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong.[11] Tatum spent most of his teenage years in the Tampa area, and initially attended Gaither High School, before he was given the option by his parents of either selecting a private high school or attending a military school; he chose Tampa Catholic High School, where he graduated in 1998 and was voted most athletic.[12] Afterward, Tatum attended Glenville State College in Glenville, West Virginia, on a football scholarship, but dropped out.[13] He returned home and started working odd jobs. US Weekly reported that around this time Tatum left his job as a roofer and began working as a stripper at a local nightclub, under the name "Chan Crawford."[14][15] In 2010, he told an Australian newspaper that he wanted to make a movie about his experiences as a stripper.[16] That idea led to the movie Magic Mike.[15] He later moved to Miami, where he was discovered by a model talent scout.[17] Career
