Success with the Regence Rate Assure program requires a Sales Team that is well-versed in the facts and features of the program. To support the success of Regence Rate Assure in the WA market, each Sales and Account Executive (and Seniors) will be required to pass a training certification program that includes a score of 90% or higher on the following Knowledge Survey.
