Advancer - (How they benefit THA) They promote engagement. Leaders involve their team members in brainstorming new ideas and planning . Where teams moves the idea forward and starts to give it some shape.
 
Refiner - (How they benefit THA) They bring facts and thoughts to challenges. They are data-driven, looking for results by using the inquisitive nature/ proof/ goals/ validation/ value approach
