Greetings Camas Staff:

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this technology survey. The survey will address three areas: (1) personal technology skills, (2) technology usage, and (3) technology integration. The goal with this survey is to discover areas in which our staff desires technology training or professional development, identify issues inhibiting technology integration, and generate ideas for how the leadership team can provide ongoing technology assistance to the staff. The survey is anonymous, so answer freely and honestly. Again, thank you! Your input is greatly appreciated!

The survey is 6 questions (the first 3 have multiple parts). I am roughly estimating about 10 minutes or so to take it. Thanks again!
