Terms and Conditions:
This study is based on social psychology. We would like you to fill out this questionnaire about your television interests and also your friend's television interests, it will take 5 minutes of your time. We will not collect your names in this survey, nor will you be identifiable in any other way in our report. Our teacher will read our reports on this questionnaire and we may have to write about it in our exam. You can withdraw from this study at any point, and stop filling in the survey whenever you wish. Please tell us if you would like to withdraw after you have submitted a questionnaire and we will destroy your data and will not include it in the final report.
