The purpose of this online survey is to collect and tabulate your thoughts on UPMC Hamot Department of Emergency Medicine Forensic Initiative, results of which will be utilized as input into a strategic plan.

This survey is conducted by Graduate Students enrolled in Gannon University’s Master of Public Administration program in cooperation with the UPMC Hamot Forensic Medical Director, Dr. Janet Skrbin and the UPMC Hamot Forensic Clinical Director, Dr. Lisa Simonian.
