Hello to all of our registered ERSLife members. We are conducting a survey to all of our currently active and inactive ERSLife
members. This includes those who registered but did not complete the licensing process. We want to hear from you also.



This questionnaire is going to address what was the ERSLife proposition to you when you first heard it, and how everyone in the ERSLife organization all the way from the owner and divisions heads down to the person who recruited you. Did they help or hampered your growth in ERSLife. We believe your input will be invaluable in helping us understand where some of our missteps and failings have been and what we can do to become leaders in our industry that we can all be proud of and maybe even win you back. We would like that.



It will take approximately 5-8 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Your Opinion matters.

When do you first learn about ERSLife and the 3x3 marketing plan?

What was the MAIN attraction for you to ERSLife in the first place?
 
1. I liked the 3x3 marketing plan
 
2. I felt I wanted to be part of a special group of people
 
3. I wanted everyone to know about the ERSLife Living Benefit Life insurance policies
 
4. I needed to add another source of income
 
5. I was ready to choose a new career and this seemed a perfect fit.
 
 
 
What are you feelings about the products offered by ERSLife?
 
1. They are superior and people would want them if they knew more about them
 
2. I felt that the tax free income is so superior to anything out there
 
3. I know families and friends that I would like to see be protected by the Critical and Chronic Illness benefits
 
4. I don't believe them to be anything special
 
5. I really don't like the products. There are better things to use instead of these insurance products
 
 
 
What are your thoughts on personally owning a Living Benefit Life insurance plan?
 
1. I wish I had one but I never took action on it
 
2. I wanted one but no one showed me how I could afford it
 
3. I felt pressured by my upline recruiter to purchase a plan for myself
 
4. No one actually showed me why I should have one
 
5. I had no plans to have one. I didn't believe it was necessary to be a part of the 3x3 marketing plan
 
 
 
If you don't currently own a Living Benefit policy, would you get one if someone helped you with it and made sure it was the right thing for you to do?
 
1. Yes I would be open to that
 
2. I can remain open about getting one, but I have concerns about it being done the right way and is the right thing for me
 
3. I simply can't afford it
 
4. I'm going elsewhere to get a plan

When you first came on board with ERSlife, did your upline agent spend time to help you clearly identify your "why", for being in business with ERSLife and for yourself?
 
1. No. No one asked me that question. It's a good one though
 
2. In a round about way but we really needed to get to that "Why" so that they could help understand me
 
3. I knew why, but my upline didn't
 
4. My upline and myself spent time to make sure I knew, "Why", I was doing this

Companies often talk about "SYSTEMS" when it comes to growing your business. What statement below best describes your experience with ERSLife and its system.
 
1. What system? I didn't know there was one
 
2. I kept hearing about a system but I never really knew what it was
 
3. The system I was being taught was not the system I heard about
 
4. I've been using a system but I can't say its the same one as ERSLife. But I am getting business and my upline is doing a very good job
 
 
 
How would you rate the education you received from ERSLife?
 
1. I never knew about the education but I should have
 
2. I was aware of the webinars and recordings but I never took advantage of them
 
3. The education was great but that wasn't my problem. I needed training
 
4. The education really got me off to a great start and I am doing well
 
 
 
How would rate the training you received and the help to grow your business?
 
1. I never got off the ground. No one was there to train me.
 
2. I had to learn from other people. The training from my upline didn't exist.
 
3. The problem wasn't the training. It was me. I don't belong in this business
 
4. I got great training and mentoring. I believe I can now train others to do the same thing
 
 
 
If you could in your own words offer one suggestion that would help ERSLife and yourself, what would you say?
 
1. Have nothing to say.

If you could see that you would get the training, get the education and properly set your direction to creating a successful business with ERSLife, on a scale of 1 to 5, what would be the chances of you talking to us and letting us help you build a successful business if you aren't doing that already?
 
1. Highly likely. I never gave up the dream of owning a profitable business with ERSLife
 
2. I open to that talk but frankly, I am skeptical
 
3. I don't believe it would do much good considering my previous experience
 
4. Forget it. I am on to other companies that I believe will help me be successful
 
5. I am not coming back. I don't want to be in this business
