The OC ministry team has heard from some of our membership that there is value in offering various options for Wednesday nights during the summer. You are receiving this survey because you are part of OC's core leadership.

We are evaluating OC leaders' level of interest and willingness to serve in our mid-week program. Your opinion is valuable to us!
