Welcome

In exchange for floating at Infinity Float Spa, I, the undersigned, do agree to observe and follow all printed and/or oral recommendations given by the owners and/or employees of said spa.

I acknowledge that the Infinity Float Spa owners and employees will do their best to make my flotation experience as positive as it can be, but they make no guarantees that my experience will meet my expectations. Thus, I agree to completely excuse, and not hold responsible, the owners and/or employees of Infinity Float Spa if my flotation experience does not meet my expectations. I realize that I do, however, have the option of giving them suggestions regarding things I believe would make my use of their facility more enjoyable, and that they welcome my input in this area.

I agree to completely excuse Infinity Float Spa from any responsibility, financial, legal, or otherwise, should I somehow become injured while in or on the spa's property. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself or my underage family members.

Although many people have experienced certain health benefits after several sessions of flotation, I agree to not hold Infinity Float Spa responsible in any way, including legally or financially, should I not experience the health benefits that I desired, or the benefits that others have experienced, from floating.

I understand that it is the intention of the owners of Infinity Float Spa to provide a service that they believe will benefit me. I agree that I will not pursue any legal action against them for any reason whatsoever.
