What training do I need? - survey

Hi everybody - for our journey from good to great we need to have right trainings! :)

As mentioned at our monthly team meeting, we will coordinate trainings for our FP&A and Controlling teams. What will it mean?

- Firstly, we need to know what training do you need. Please fill in attached survey.
- Secondly, we will shortly organize trainings that are most relevant to the team.

Only 5 questions! It will take you max 5 minutes.

What skills/knowledge do you want to develop? Sort by important from 1 as most important to 5 as least important.

Hard technical skills (eg., MS Excel, Database tools, e-Bay finance specific tools, SAP, BW, etc.)
Hard financial skills (eg., managerial finance, financial analysis, technical accounting, etc.)
Soft skills (eg., presentation skills, team leadership, communication, time management, etc.)
Market knowledge (eg., e-commerce trends, macroeconomic development, etc.)
e-Bay internal knowledge (eg., expenses & travel policies, Hub, abbreviations, etc.)
