1- Try to find out who are the people that can help me with this; who do I know that lives close by and can give me some pointers about this new region.
2- Search on the internet, go there a few times, see what can be done in advance, prior to moving. If possible, get some data about the place and have the financial plan in order, so no surprises come up. |

1 - Whenever I talk to people I try to understand what is it that they really need and are looking for. That is why most of the times I'm seen as a good advisor.
