Directions: The Course Directors for Biomedical Sciences II PHAR 302-01 CRN 86688MS II Course are involved in revising this Course for Fall 2013. Student input in this process is crucial. Therefore, all students in the BMS II Fall 2012 course are being asked to participate in a systematic assessment (in the form of four questionnaires) of the course content and teaching materials. The course content is organized by topics. A standard set of interrelated questions is being asked about each topic covered on each of the four intrasessional exams.
Please ANSWER all questions.  Students will receive one (1) point for participation in each questionnaire assessment.  The point will be applied to the score on the exam that preceded the questionnaire. Students who complete the full set of four (4) assessments following each of the 4 intrasessional exams will receive one additional bonus point.  Thus, students who complete all 4 assessments will receive a total of 5 points added to their total points accumulated for the course.
