The purpose of the survey is to gather analysis and conclusions on how the social media marketing influences the purchase decision-making process. As social media marketing mainstream benefits measures such as number of visitors, clicks or “cool factors” are not a direct reflection of ROI the research will investigate the benefits and an impact of social media marketing in relation to profitability and sales increase.
