Hello!
I am an undergraduate student at the University of Rhode Island. I am studying pharmacy, but have to conduct a survey for a paper in my writing class this semester. I chose to do my paper on dietary needs for running. This is a quick answer survey that is the personal part of my paper. I've read plenty of scientific articles but would like to hear from real runners. I want to hear from ALL runners. No distance, speed or minimum runs per week is necessary. The survey will cover how running and diet are related in your life. Maybe you follow a religious diet, maybe you don't even think about what you're eating, maybe you follow a strict diet around race time, whatever the case maybe, I'd love to hear from you.
