* How many Buyer Broker Agreements did you get signed?

* List names of each set of buyers. (If 0 write "none")

* How many Purchase Contracts did you write on behalf of a buyer?

* How many were accepted?

* List addresses, buyers name and accepted sales price. (if 0 write "none")

* How many Purchase Contracts were accepted on behalf of your listings?

* Give the address of each accepted offer and price accepted. (If 0 write "none")

* How many closed transactions did you have this week?

* List the closed sales price for each (If 0 write "none")
