Self–actualisation – communicate effectively, solve problems, have self-discipline and independence, accept themselves and others, can be creative, and have the ability to genuinely demonstrate compassion and affection.

Economical – Having sufficient income to participate in society, availability and adequacy of income supports, e.g. social welfare employment opportunities, work satisfaction, job security.
