Because people are at the center of everything that the Adecco Group does, it is important for them to maintain an open channel of communications with their base of employees and clients to understand their needs and how they evolve overtime. In early 2008 Adecco selected the QuestionPro platform as their resource for the creation and distribution of a global survey campaign to get in touch with that base.
By July 2008, Adecco had produced and distributed its first survey to over 400,000 clients and associates. The survey itself was targeted and segmented at two different audiences: clients and employees made easy by QuestionPro accessible interface and segmentation options. This was distributed globally. The surveys covered multiple continents, positions, and was available 15 different languages.
