Setting the QR Sticker Layout
The QR sticker layout feature allows you to customize how QR codes appear on your survey tokens. You can upload a logo, choose from predefined layouts, and configure preferences to ensure the stickers align with your branding needs. This guide explains how to set up and download QR code stickers for your workspace.
How to set the QR sticker layout:
- Navigate to the Workspace:
Access the workspace for which you want to generate QR code stickers.
- Go to Settings:
From the navigation menu, go to Deploy > Survey Token > Settings.
- Configure the Layout and Logo:
On the Anonymous Token Settings page:
- Logo: Use this option to upload or select the logo you want displayed on the QR sticker.
- QR Code Layout: Includes only the square QR code for all tokens in the downloaded file.
- QR Sticker Layout: (3 layouts available) Choose one of the three available layouts for your QR stickers:
- None: Excludes QR codes or stickers from the token bulk download Excel file.
- Save Preferences:
After selecting your preferences, click Save to apply the changes.
How to download QR Codes or QR code layout stickers for all the survey tokens in one go:
- Set the Logo and Layout:
Ensure you have configured the logo and chosen the desired QR sticker layout in the settings.
- Download the QR Code Stickers:
Navigate to Anonymous Tokens (via Deploy > Survey Token) and click the Download button.
- The system will generate an Excel file containing all the details of the anonymous survey tokens in the workspace, along with the QR stickers as per the selected layout.
