CX- Customizing the survey look and feel - How to?

When designing surveys, it is important for your respondents to instantly recognize your brand. You can customize your surveys to exactly match your brands look and feel. We provide professionally designed standard themes. Each theme is carefully designed so the look and feel is uniform irrespective of the platform, browser, or device. Our themes use the latest technology so answering surveys is a lot easier, simple and fun. All of our themes and surveys are fully mobile-friendly.

QuestionPro offers point and click interface to change almost all the elements in your survey. You can change things like question text, answer text styling, background colours, logs, headers etc. If you are a geek and would like to get at the css level and override the default css completely, you can do that as well. If you are not comfortable with html/ css it is advisable to use the point and click interface only.

How can I change the look and feel for my survey?

Go to: Customer Experience (Select Survey) » Edit

Click on the Design tab.

Under Standard Themes, you can select from our professionally chosen predefined colors.

The survey on the page is an example survey and not your actual survey. To view the actual survey, please click on the Preview button.

How can I exactly match colors with my brand colors?

You can either select the color using the color picker or you can enter the HEX value for the color. For more information on color codes, please visit: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colors.asp

Once you have copied the color code. Click on the color picker and paste it and save.

How can I find the HEX value for the colors on my site?

Easiest way is to ask your designer/developer or the IT team for the HEX code. Or you can use the following steps:

Using Print Screen, take a screenshot of your screen/desktop.
Open/paste it in any image editing software that you have.
Use the eyedropper (color picker) utility to get the HEX value for the color required.
