Customer experience » Closedloop » Workspace » Ticket » Customer details
Step 1: Navigate to Closedloop and open any workspace you’d like to explore.
Step 2: Inside the workspace, click the plus (+) icon to create a new ticket.
Step 3: Enter customer details, including feedback in the ticket description, then hit save.
Step 4: Go to all tickets and click a ticket ID to view its details.
Step 5: Go to the customer details tab and review the ticket description for feedback and context.
Step 6: Scroll to the AI-generated tags section to see automatically suggested tags based on ticket content.
Step 7: Click any tag to instantly filter and view other tickets with the same theme or topic.
Step 8: Click the filter icon to select or search for more tags of your choice.
Step 9: Click Apply Filter to see all tickets filtered by the tags you selected in one view.
No, tags are autogenerated using AI and cannot be manually edited.
Manual addition or removal of tags is not supported in the current version of AI-generated tagging.
