AI Response Assist is a powerful feature in QuestionPro's enhanced closed loop system that automates customer response management. It provides intelligent, personalized replies to customer feedback, enabling organizations to respond quickly and improve support quality.

The feature automates feedback handling through the following steps:

• Analyzes incoming customer feedback and survey responses
• Identifies sentiment and assigns priority levels
• Generates contextually appropriate response drafts
• Tracks response effectiveness to enable future improvement
• Automates the delivery of personalized communication

Navigate to the following location:

• Customer Experience → Closedloop → Workspace → Ticket → Actions

1. Go to Closedloop and select a workspace

2. Click on the Ticket ID you want to respond to

3. Review the Customer Details and feedback context

4. Navigate to the Action tab on the ticket overview page

5. Click the QuestionPro AI button to generate a response draft

6. If needed, click Refine to choose from editing actions

7. Click Insert to add the draft response to the ticket
