Yes, we can collect anonymous feedback from community members.

The recommended approach would be to create/use an RAA survey and distribute it to the community member list through the Survey Distribute option.

To protect member anonymity, we should not distribute the survey from within the Community, because the community identity/member profile is attached in that flow. Instead, the survey should be distributed separately to the community member list from the survey distribution module.
