Steps to Import Profile Data for QuestionPro Community Members

Step 1: Download the import template.

Step 2: Add Profile data as per the format of the field that you want to update.

• For the field type Birthday, enter the year.
• For the field type Gender, where the options configured are Female and Male (in that order), enter 1 in the spreadsheet for the field to be updated for the choice 'Female' and 2 for 'Male'. Similarly for all profile fields with single-select responses, enter the numeric value of the order in which the choice is configured. For example, for a question such as "Please choose educational qualifications." With options "High School", "Graduate" and "Post-graduate" (in that order), enter 1 if you want the field to be updated as "High School", 2 for "Graduate" and 3 for "Post-graduate" within the downloaded spreadsheet.
• For multi-select questions, the options would appear as column headers in the spreadsheet, please populate the corresponding row with the number 1 to indicate selection of that choice in the spreadsheet. Example, for a multi-select question such as "Please choose your favorite sports." with options as "Rugby", "Hockey" and "Baseball". Fill in "1" within the cell corresponding to the label "Rugby" for the applicable member (indicated by the row). To indicate multiple selection, populate all corresponding cells with the number "1".
• For Field type "Large Text / Description", enter alpha-numeric response within the character limit configured for the question.
• For Field type "Single line text box", enter desired alpha-numeric response.
• For Field type "Date time example", enter the date followed by time as per the format selected for the configured profile field.
• For Field type "Numeric", enter a numeric value only.
• For Field type "Zip Code", enter a numeric value only as per the country format chosen at the time of configuring the profile field.
