Ideation

Ideation facilitates the seamless sharing of ideas, fostering a collaborative environment where individuals can effortlessly express their thoughts on a given topic. Through this platform, participants not only contribute their insights but also engage in the process of refining concepts through voting and constructive discussions. This interactive approach not only enhances the quality of ideas but also ensures that they are meticulously organized, resulting in a more refined and impactful outcome.

To create a new item under Ideation, follow the navigation steps as Initiative > Ideation > New addition

• All the available ideation will be shown on the ideation home page.
• Click "New Ideation": This redirects you to the ideation creation page.

• Fill in Title and Introduction: Briefly describe your ideation topic and provide an overview.
• Upload a Logo (Optional): Add a visual element to represent your ideation (JPG, JPEG, SVG, PNG formats accepted).

• Add Your Ideas (Optional): Enable "Promoted Ideas" to begin with your own suggestions. Click "+" to add additional ideas, and "-" to remove.

• Crowdsource Ideas (Optional): Toggle "Crowdsource Request" to enable colleagues to contribute. Formulate a clear question within 225 characters to guide their input.

• Enable Comments (Optional): Allow anonymous replies and comments on each ide.

• Set Interaction Limit: Determine the maximum number of votes each user can cast (up to 10).
• Choose Language: Select the ideation language from English, Spanish, or German.
• Preview the Ideation: Click the "Preview" button to see how your ideation will appear to your colleagues.
• Publish or Save as Draft: Choose "Publish" to generate a shareable link for employee access. Drafts can be edited later.
