360 Section-Edit Configurations

This feature enables users to customize various elements within sections. You can adjust the question width, add an open-ended comment box, repeat column headers, hide sections, and more. It provides flexibility to tailor the layout and functionality to better suit your needs.

To Edit Section Configurations
• Go to: Login >> Workforce >> 360 survey >> Click on the Kebab menu (Three dots) on the right of the Section Header/Name and select “Edit Configuration”

Comment Box
• Turn on this option to add a text box where reviewers can write their own comments for the sections.
• Comment Label: This adds a title to the comment box.
• Comment Mandatory: This makes it required for the reviewer to enter their comments in the comment box.

• Users can adjust the question width in %

Repeat Columns Headers
• Users can choose to repeat the column headers after changing the number of rows.

Important** Comment Box, Question width (in%) and Repeat Column Headers, these settings apply only to the Matrix Section

Hide Section
• Hide Section based on relationship. The admin can hide sections so that only selected team members can see those sections. (Example: If I do not want to see this section myself, I will click on the "Self" option. This way, when I get the survey for my review, I will not be able to see that section.)
• Click on “Save” to store the changes

Show on Demographics
• Admins can turn on 'Show on Demographics' to display the section to participants. This is based on details in the roster like Location, Department, Gender, and more. (Example: When the survey is live, participants from India, the USA, Canada, and the UK will see this section. However, participants from Italy, France, and Germany will not see it.)





Important** Hide Section and Show on Demographics settings applies to all section type
