Update Deployment History

The Deployment History option allows administrators to correct historical demographic information captured during specific survey deployments without altering present employee profiles or future survey distributions. This ensures total data integrity and accuracy in reporting, even when retroactive updates are required for past employee surveys.

To make demographic updates to historical survey deployments, log in to your QuestionPro Employee Experience account and follow these steps:

• Navigate to the Employee List.

• Click on the Name or Email Address of the employee whose historical data needs to be updated. This will open the detailed information profile modal for that employee.

• Within the employee profile modal, select the Deployment History option. A list of all historical survey deployments associated with this employee will appear.

• Select the specific Deployment where demographic information needs correction.

• A list of all custom fields and demographic attributes captured during that deployment will display. Make the required edits to the custom fields, then click Update to save the changes.

Important Note: Updating demographic information via the Deployment History feature only updates historical survey data for the selected deployment. It does NOT impact the employee's current active profile, nor does it affect any upcoming or future surveys.
