PowerPoint Export Templates

PowerPoint export templates is the new feature in EX portal, that allows you to create custom templates for the PowerPoint export of dashboard widgets.

After logging into the Ex portal, go to the navigation sidebar and follow these navigations steps as Settings > PPT export templates .

• Once you are inside the PPT export templates tab, you will see a system default template QP Default , to create a new template, click on the New PPT Template button. Only admin users can create a new template, non-admin users can see only the default template and the templates created by the admin.

• After clicking on the New PPT template button, the first step is to setup the General settings by adding a name for the template and choosing the theme color.

• After setting a name and choosing a theme color, click on Nextto move further.

• After adding the general settings, the next step is to setup the first slide. You can add an image and set the layout for it. You can also add a title and a description and set the alignment, font, color, etc. You can also add a logo and set the alignment for it.

• After setting up the first slide, the next step is to setup the widget slide. You can add a logo, and set the Title text settings with needed alignment, font and color.

• After setting up the widget slide, the next step is to setup the last slide. You can add a background image, a thankyou message and set the alignment, font and color. After the settings are done, click on Save to add the template.

• After saving, the template is added with the creation date. If you hover onto the row, you will see the options to edit, delete and also to set the template as default.
