What types of validation can I apply to multiple choice “Select Many” questions?
Validation: By default, validation is turned off when you add questions to a survey. This means respondents can skip questions and still complete the survey. To ensure respondents answer specific questions, enable validation and choose from the drop-down options: 'Force Response' or 'Request Response.'
Force Response: Makes a question mandatory. Respondents must answer the question to complete the survey.
Request Response: Prompts respondents to answer a question before continuing or lets them skip it if they choose.
Select at most/exactly/at least:
You can also set validation on the number of choices a respondent must select before moving to the next question. For example, to limit answers to a maximum of 2 options, choose 'Select at Most' and set the value to 2.
