With the HRIS Integration system Workforce users are able to integrate with various HRIS platforms which can update the roster in real time, or make it scheduled based, which can help with the distribution of the survey based on certain events (like on-boarding, exit) in real time.

Click on the Connect button. Enter the API key and Connection URL. Once the connection is saved, you can see the details under the Setup tab, where in future you can edit or disable the integration. In Field Mapping, map with the email address all the keys available in JSON with the custom fields from employee roster. You can add multiple fields and preview the API response. Under the frequency tab, user can set up the auto sync as per schedule. Option to sync now and end scheduler can also be set. Under the logs tab, user can check details of the sync updates. The logs can be filtered as per date range and excel can be exported.
