Patient Safety
Users can now create a Patient Safety Survey in Workforce by using ready frameworks accessible through the new study button.

How to add Patient Safety Survey:
Go to: Workforce Home in Admin » New Study » Select Patient Safety.
In the pop-up, all frameworks according to AHRQ standards are available for creating the study, and users should click on the framework they want to create the survey for.
You can preview the survey before creating it.
You can view the markers and building blocks that illustrate how the questions are segregated.
There will be a confirmation prompt before the survey is created.
Once the user confirms, the survey is created using the selected framework.
