Scorecard

The Scorecard widget in the EX Portal visualizes key metrics from user-defined markers, building blocks, and questions, showing favorable, neutral, and unfavorable responses as percentages or mean scores. Perfect for tracking engagement drivers like Leadership, Manager effectiveness, or Growth, it lets you compare performance across areas at a glance and spot priorities needing action. Add it to dashboards for executives or HR to provide a clear KPI overview, with drill-downs available for details.

1. To create a scorecard, login to the EX portal >> Dashboard >> Add Widget » Scorecard





2. Enter the below details to create a scorecard
• Enter Title
• Description ( Optional)



• Select mean or favourability from analytics



• Select Survey
• Select deployment
• Select the questions you need



• Click on "Add widget"



3. You will see key metrics, respondent count, split between favourable, neutral and unfavourable, mean/favourability score



4. To add more criteria to the widget, users can click on the three dots (kebab menu) in the widget and choose "Edit Widget."
• Add or change benchmark



• Enable or disable the Company overall toggle
• Change the analytics type
• Choose decimal places upto 2
• Choose to hide or show between favourable, neutral and unfavourable



• Toggle to hide markers, building blocks and comparison



• Choose the colours from various available options



• Choose the favorability interval



5. To edit, duplicate, delete, or filter the widget, click on the three dots (kebab menu)



6. Users can download the widget as an Excel file or PDF by selecting from the export option
