360 survey- languages

In a 360 Survey, this feature lets admins set up surveys in different languages. They can choose a default language, add other languages, edit screener questions, and import translations. Admins can also manually add translations for general survey text, questions, and response options.

To set up Languages
• Login >> Workforce >> 360 survey >> Languages



• Click on “+Add other Languages”



• On the "Add Language Version" popup, choose a language from the list. Then click "Save" to keep your choice.



• After you save the language, it will appear under "Language." Admins can either type the translations directly into the survey or import them using an Excel sheet.



• To translate the survey manually, click the dropdown for each section:
• General Text Translation
• Question and Response Translations



• For each section manually enter the translation on the right side for each item on the left.
• Click the "Submit" button to save the survey translations





• To import language translation via excel sheet click on “+ Import Translations” and on the Language translation Import download the Import template



• Enter the translations for each item in the Excel sheet and save the file



• Upload the excel sheet by choosing the saved file and click on “Import”



• Click on “Preview” to see if the language translation has been uploaded successfully
• Select the preferred language



• You will see that the survey has been updated to the preferred language.



• To Delete Language set up click on “Delete”



• To Add a default Language, click on “Set your Default Language”
• Choose the language from the list that you want to make your default language.
• To Save the changes click on “Add Default Language”



• To edit screener question, click on “Edit Screener Question”
• Enter screener text and click on “Update Screener Question”
