Track Email Delivery Status in EX
Admin are now able to track email status based on sent, bounced, or deferred emails and download the data in CSV format.
How to track email delivery status:
Go to: Survey » Send » Sent » Select the deployment » Delivery Status.
Users can filter the status from the dropdown.
Click on the Download button for the CSV file with details.
