Workforce 360 Survey- Rich Content Editor
A rich content editor will help the survey authors format the textual content and add images that can be used as instructions.
How to customize text for questions and answer options with rich content editor in 360 surveys?
Click on Edit tab and go to Workplace in the 360 Survey template.
The Rich Content Editor is available for Section and for a Question row as well.

Edit Question pop-up allows you to make the question as required, add abbreviation, and information label and text to the selected question.
When you are editing the survey, click on ‘Edit Section’. A pop-up to edit a section will appear.
You can format the text you add for the entire section.
You can add more options in the section too.
When the new option is added, it just appears at the bottom of all the default options.
The options you add in the section can be re-ordered by a simple drag and drop.
You can add rows to the section in bulk. You can format each row content added manually. You can add information text and label to it.
