The Agency Partnership Referral Program is an initiative that allows participating agencies to earn a 35% revenue credit for referring new clients to our company. This credit can be used to reduce the agency’s own licensing costs.
Any agency that partners with our company and agrees to the terms of the program is eligible to participate.
The Agency refers potential clients to our company. If the referral results in a successful transaction, the revenue generated from these clients is calculated. A 35% credit based on this revenue is then applied to the Agency’s account.
Agencies have the option to share the 35% revenue credit with their clients. The credit can be used towards its own costs or split with the client.
The credit will be applied to the Agency’s next billing cycle. The credit can only be used towards software licensing or any other annualized service.
For example, if the referred clients generate $10,000 in revenue, the Agency would receive a credit of $3,500 (35% of $10,000), which can be used to reduce the cost of services they receive from our company.
Referrals can be made by reaching out to your account manager with the contact information for the client that’s being referred.
The standard term for participation in this program is a three year agreement between the agency and QuestionPro.
