Manually sync responses
How to sync data manually?
If the data is not automatically synchronized, you can do this manually.
Go to the QuestionPro app and go toSettings
Click on Export
Select the export option and chooseManual Export
The file will be sent via email and synced with the device key in your account.
How do I manually sync or upload responses collected offline?
Go to: Login (Surveys) » Mobile » Manual Sync » Response Upload
Under Manual Response Upload, select the device key.
Select the file with backup data and submit to sync and upload responses.
How to access the backup data file?
We backup all collected responses in a txt file on the device. The name of the file is as follows: devicekey_timestamp.txt
