Meta-Analysis - Dropout Analysis
What is dropout analysis?
Dropout Analysis shows you data for all responses that are incomplete and gives you a snapshot view of where they “dropped out” – the last question they completed successfully. With the Dropout Analysis, you can analyze your drop-out rates (users not completing the survey).

You will find Drop-Out Analysis near the bottom of the window.
- You will see a table listing the questions where respondents have dropped out.
Why does it say Unknown Question in my Drop-Out Analysis?
Drop-Out analysis data is captured based on the last question that was answered for a particular response. If respondents go back to the survey and leave the survey, we cannot determine the last question they answered. In this case, you will see Unknown Question in your drop-out analysis.
