What is Email List Sharing?

Email List Sharing helps users to share an email list with other users in their QuestionPro organization. The organization can maintain a single email list for its respondents and all the users within the organization can use that email list.

How can I share an email list with other users in my organization?

Please follow the steps below to share an email list with the users or teams within your Questionpro organization:

Go to: Surveys » Distribute » Lists
On hovering over the email list you want to share you'll see the share icon. Click on the Share icon.

In the pop-up, select the team or users from the respective drop-downs and click on the Save Changes button.

The list is shared with the respective users/teams. The user can see the shared email list under their email lists for all the surveys.

Note: Only Global email lists can be shared with other users/team in your QuestionPro organization.

Can I share an email list with all the users in my QuestionPro organization?

Yes. You can share an email list with all the users in your Questionpro organization in one go by following the steps below:

Go to: Surveys » Distribute » Lists
On hovering over the email list you want to share you'll see the share icon. Click on the Share icon.
In the pop-up, select the option "Anyone in the organization can access" in the first drop-down and click on the Save Changes button.
