Scale Library
What is a scale library?
Scale library is a collection of frequently used answer scales or answer options that you can add to your survey questions.
To use the scale library, go to:Login » Select Survey » Edit (Workspace)
Add a question to your survey. For the question, click on Edit Options in Bulk
From the Scale Library select the scale that you wish to use.
Can I add custom scales?
Yes. For any scales or answer options that you want to use frequently, you can add them to the scale library.
To add scales, click on the Add to Scale Library option.
Enter a name for your scale and Save
Your custom scales will now be available to use under the scale library.
Where can I see and manage my custom scales?
To view or manage your custom scale library, go to: Login(Surveys) » Organization » Libraries
- You can add and manage your scales here.
- Custom scales are available to use accross the organization and will be available to all users in the organization.
- Custom scales are supported in all languages so you can have multilingual custom scales.
Is the scale library available in languages other than English?
Yes. Scale library is based on the default survey language. If you have chosen a different language for your account, the scale library will be available in that language. For example, if you have chosen Spanish as your account language, the scales will be available in Spanish.
Currently the scale library is available in English, Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. You can change the default language for your survey and the scale library will be available in the choosen language.
If the default language is set to French, the scale library will be available in French.
