What is new?

All new surveys are now created in draft mode, providing a dedicated space for you to build and thoroughly test your survey before it goes live. When you're ready to begin collecting data, simply publish your survey to launch it. This new process ensures your surveys are polished and ready for your audience.

Our platform allows you and your team to collaborate on surveys in real-time. You can easily work with users across your team or entire organization.

Our platform now features robust survey versioning to give you greater control over your surveys. Every action is logged, providing a clear history of changes. You can now revert to any previous version of your survey, ensuring you have a complete record and the flexibility to undo changes whenever needed.

We’re introducing advanced question formats designed to drive deeper engagement and richer insights, including VideoAI for AI-powered video feedback with automated analysis, upcoming Carousel Layout for matrix questions and more to deliver a more dynamic and interactive survey experience.

To create a new survey, go to: Login » Surveys

Click on the New Survey, name your survey (optional) and Create Survey.

Survey will be created in Draft mode. Add questions to your survey using the Add Question button or using QuestionPro AI!

Once your survey is ready and tested, you can publish the survey.

Once your survey is published, editing the structure of the survey is not allowed. You can make minor edits to your survey in published mode.

Once a survey is published, you will see the QR code and the URL to your survey.

You can now start data collection!

Yes. You can make text changes to a survey in published mode.

To make any structural changes to your published survey, move the survey back to Draft mode. Once in draft mode, you can make any changes to your survey like adding questions, answer options, updating logic, etc.

Once you have made your changes, you can again Publish your survey and begin data collection.
