Open-ended text settings
Open-ended text setting helps to set parameters for respondents to offer open-ended text feedback.
For example, If you want people to an estimate of their grocery bill is, you can prompt them by adding a dollar sign ‘$’ prior to the answer section.
Text setting available
- Add Prefix/Suffix
- Add predetermined format for Date and time
- Move the text box next to the question
To access text settings, go to Survey » Workspace » select an open-ended text question and click on the question template settings to access the text settings.
