Progress bar helps your respondents see their progress when answering the survey. A progress bar is particularly helpful for long surveys where respondents are likely to get anxious on how much progress they have made in completing the survey.
Depending on your surveys, QuestionPro offers a few different styles of progress bar that offer the best experience for respondents.By default, progress bar is set to style Modern 1 for your surveys.
To change or remove the progress bar:
Click on Save button to save your changes.
Default progress bar for surveys is set to Modern 1.
Progress bar will be displayed at the top of the survey in the selected theme color. On the progress bar, slats are displayed at 20% breaking the bar in 5 equal portions. Percentage of survey questions loaded are denoted on the progress bar in the theme color.
Progress bar will be displayed under the survey title with percentage of survey questions loaded denoted on the progress bar in the theme color.
Progress bar will be displayed on the survey body with percentage of survey questions loaded denoted on the progress bar in the theme color along with the percentage readout.
With the dynamic progress bar, you can also select the progress bar position at top or bottom of the survey and also specify left, center, or right alignment. Additionally you can select the position to be sticky or non-sticky. With the sticky progress bar, the bar will stick to the top or bottom of the page once respondents scroll on the page. This helps keeping the progress bar always in sight of the respondents. When the progress bar is set to non-sticky, the progress bar will move along with the scroll on pageProgress bar scale options are currently available only with out dynamic progress bar.
You can choose from the following options:Progress bar displays the percent of survey questions loaded. For a single page survey, the modern progress bar will display 100% loaded.
For a single page survey, you can use the classic progress bar style and change the progress bar scale to questions answered instead of questions loaded.Yes. You can switch on the toggle for Skip Progress Bar on First Page.
